Join us on the farm for a hands-on chicken processing day where you’ll learn the full process from start to finish. We’ll walk through humane handling, essential tools and setup, step-by-step processing, and best practices for cleanliness and food safety. You’ll leave with practical skills, confidence, and a better understanding of how to responsibly harvest and prepare poultry at home. Questions are welcome throughout, and we’ll keep the day educational. Designed for teens and adults. Each participant will bring home a packaged chicken to share with their family.
